Client satisfaction is our top priority. If the client is unsatisfied with our products, we offer refunds. Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment. Payment gateway refunds will be made to the same account. At Seospay, we are committed to providing our clients with complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason, our clients are not satisfied with the services provided, they have the option to cancel their project and request a refund. However, this is subject to investigation and verification of the reasons for the dissatisfaction. It is important for clients to thoroughly read and understand the terms and conditions of each deal before making a purchase. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. In case of any misuse or unauthorized access to their account, the customer shall be responsible for all actions and consequences. Seospay shall not be held liable for any actions by the customer or users who are given access to their accounts. .
Seospay will provide a 50% refund if the client cancels their project 7 or more days before the event date after our team has started working on the project. If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date, the client will not be eligible for a refund.
